Once the information has been entered, click Next at the bottom of the page to move to the selection of the scope of affected buildings (Image 2):
Tasks can be created on all building versions (master, scenario, etc.)
Filters are available for each column, in particular to use a saved search (accessible by clicking the funnel icon in the Building name column)

Click Next to define the users concerned by the task in the final tab (Image 3):
Users can be added individually; in this case, they can validate tasks whether or not they belong to the building team

Finally, click the double arrow button to confirm the entry.

Task Summary
From your profile page, accessible by clicking the icon in the top-right corner of the screen and then on your name, you can access the settings for your activity summary.
The first tab, Notification list by activity, allows you to define, among all available activities, the sending frequency for each one.
The second tab, Notification frequency, allows you to:
Specify, for each frequency, the day(s) on which the report should be sent
Define the time at which the summary email should be sent
Enable or disable summary emails using the checkbox
For custom tasks, it is possible to define in which emails they will appear.
For example, by unchecking “In the daily email” for the task TEST, this task will not be included in the daily email. All other custom tasks will still be included, except this one.
However, the TEST task will still be included in the weekly and monthly emails if these options remain checked and if email delivery is enabled for those frequencies.

The summary e-mail is then sent according to the defined rules.
