The Stack Plan module allows you to physically describe the building.
By switching to the tenant view, leases are displayed with details of:
surface area (total lease and leased to date - in the case of partial notice),
rents (face rent and rent at date),
rents/sqm
and market rents.
Finally, by clicking on the View full stack plan button, you can display the two views — units and leases — side by side in full screen mode.
