A new general tab, Capex Plan, has been added to Soneka.

The upper part of the screen is used to select the building perimeter for which you want to manage Capex.

After clicking on search, the top part is minimized and the filters are displayed as reminder dots (Image 2).

The table displays all the Capex for the selected buildings.

By default, only lines for which amounts for the current year or future years are entered are displayed.

If a validation workflow is set up for capex, it is possible to submit and validate capex in bulk from this screen.

As in all new tables, it is possible to filter on any column in the table and also to configure the display of columns and their order.
