The mandate information linked to a newly signed lease is not entered in the PM tools. In the event of an interface with the PM tool, new leases coming from the interface have no mandate attached, nor any broker fees calculated.

On the other hand, when leasing activity is tracked in SONEKA, it is common for mandates & viewings to be entered.

It was already possible to attach a newly signed lease to an existing mandate without having to designate the lease – to do so, simply go to the "Broker" tab of the lease and attach the mandate and, if applicable, the broker who closed the deal. If fixed or variable fees apply, SONEKA calculates them automatically.

This step can be overlooked by the user.

When performing the "Complete" action on the mandate, a window now allows you to automatically attach the lease that was signed through the mandate:
