Once the alert has been created, the automated sending of emails will depend on preferences defined in the database.

These preferences look like: [-30,-14,-7,-3,-2,-1,0]. The preference represents the frequency of automated sends. Here: 30 days before the alert date, then 14, then 7, etc…

Only emails relating to "on-the-fly" alerts, with the bell icon, are sent using this logic.

The fields covered by these on-the-fly alerts are:

Lease -> break date, start date, end date and guarantee end date
Sale -> sale date
Works project -> start date, end date
Building -> construction date
