SONEKA is a system operating primarily on a tax-exclusive basis. For companies recovering VAT, the impact of VAT on cash flow is minor under normal operating conditions.

In the case of an off-plan acquisition (VEFA) or a construction project, the VAT impact is not neutral. From the investor's perspective, this additional and temporary cash outflow may be financed by a dedicated VAT credit line – see the Loan / Multiple Drawdown tab, click on VAT and specify the number of VAT days.

In the acquisition module, it was already possible to schedule disbursements related to the acquisition project, with the following behaviour:

Acquisition schedule stages must be configured upstream in the site admin. Note: (A) do not confuse these with acquisition stages and (B) the "stage order" field must be unique – it defines the order in which stages appear in the cash flows.
The sum of net disbursements (excl. VAT) equals the acquisition price (excl. tax)
Disbursements can be scheduled as a % of the price or as a fixed amount
Notary fees are disbursed upon delivery (primarily an off-plan/VEFA perspective)
