In line with the various components of SONEKA's accounting cash flow, we have added a new feature: the automatic calculation of the IFRS adjustment.

This takes into account the various standard elements: rent-free periods, stepped rents and early fit-out periods.

SONEKA also handles cases of early renewals / lease amendments by carrying forward the IFRS balance to the next version of the lease.
