Lease Options Fields:

The fields are all configurable as follows:

Yes: The option is displayed and pre-selected by default when the template is selected
No: The option is displayed and unchecked by default when the template is selected
Disabled: The option is not displayed in the features tab when the template is selected

The available fields are:

RIE: Checkbox RIE/Services.
Broker Fees: Checkbox Broker Fees.
Negative Lease: Checkbox Negative Lease.
Clauses: Checkbox Cap.
Lessorcharged: Checkbox Works at the expense of the landlord.
Overrent: Checkbox overrent.
OtherIncomes: Checkbox Other lease flows.
Right of entry? : Checkbox Right to lease/ no door.
Welcoming employees? : Checkbox Headcount.
ChargesDisposition: Checkbox Charge Layout.
Variable rent: Checkbox Variable rent.
Reference series: Checkbox Reference series.
Lease Review: Checkbox Rent Review (as for England and Singapore - Replaces indexing).
