The "sale" market profile allows you to model a unit sale scenario:

Vacant units are sold immediately at Valuation Date + sale delay
A fraction corresponding to the turnover rate of occupied space becomes vacant on December 31st of each year, and is sold after the sale delay
A sale pace for occupied units is set

The improvement proposed here allows you to model:

An additional initial delay in months before the launch of sales. This allows the launch of sales to be "delayed", which previously always started at the valuation date. This is useful when you want to model a works phase, a programme set-up period, or an administrative requirement before the execution of the sales plan.
