Several tools are available in Soneka to identify over-occupancy.

Advanced Unit Search
It is possible to identify over-occupancy using the advanced unit search:
In the upper part of the screen, apply the desired filters to define the buildings for which over-occupancy should be analysed.
In the lower part of the screen, select the Unit object, then choose “Over-occupied” for the Occupancy at date criterion.
The search results will display all units that are over-occupied as of today’s date.

Over-occupancy at building level
Clicking on the building name gives access to it.
In the Units and areas tab, it is possible to view the details of over-occupancy.
By clicking on “View more information”, or directly on the row, the details of the leases affecting the unit are displayed (Image 2).

Advanced unit search: identifying all over-occupancy situations
In the advanced unit search, it is also possible to identify units that experience over-occupancy at any point in time.
Unlike occupancy at a given date, past or future over-occupancy is not directly visible in the Units and areas tab, which is usually viewed as of today.
This view allows you to visualize over-occupancy periods, including past and future situations (as shown in the example).
