The calculation of company cash flow has been refined to allow a more accurate reading when several companies are involved in the same building:

Landlord company,
Lessor company on certain leases,
Paying company on certain service charges.

Taking into account the lessor indicated on the lease

The cash flow of a company now only includes the flows from leases for which it is the direct lessor, regardless of the ownership of the building. Symmetrically, a company that is not the owner but is the lessor of one or more leases will see these flows included in its cash flow.

The concept of "Payer" on service charges

At the building service charges level, two new parameters allow you to indicate that a charge is paid by a company other than the landlord:

A "Different Payer" checkbox to activate on the charge
A "Payer" field to select the relevant third party
