"Name" tick box: By default, the expense is labelled with the account number and the expense type label. If you tick this box, an additional line is displayed, allowing you to add an additional label to the line.

Add an expense key: This is an additional text field in which you can store a code, generally used to store the allocation keys in the PM tool (see dedicated operating mode).
"Add a description" tick box: When you tick this box, an additional line is displayed, allowing you to add an additional description to the line. An orange bubble icon is then added to the line and the description can be viewed by clicking on it.
"Use as template" tick box: When at least one expense line exists, this tick box is used to copy the parameters from another budget line. When you tick this box, a drop-down list containing the existing lines in the budget is displayed. All the data for the selected expense is copied to the new line, except for the amount, which must be entered.
"Spreadout expense" tick box: When ticked (by default), the expense is smoothed over the budget year. If unchecked, you need to select the month over which you want to spotlight the expense. The amount of the expense will then appear in the month indicated in the cashflow.
"Spot recovery" tick box: This option appears when the charge is indicated as spot in the previous step. This allows you to also spot the rebilling part of this charge.
