Soneka's Contracts module allows you to manage the different contracts existing on the building, such as maintenance and facility management contracts.
Clicking on a contract line gives access to the following actions:

General informations
Financial data
Documents storage
In contract consultation mode (by clicking on the View details button) it is also possible to create the interventions carried out under the contract.
The following fields can be stored :
Depending on the type of contract, it is also possible to create remuneration grids.
To use these grids, you must first set up price lines for each type of contract.
Each price line has a unit associated with it, and these units can also be configured (Image 2).
For each line, a formatting can be added (color/bold).
Finally, formatting lines can also be used to model titles or line breaks to improve grid legibility.
