Overview
The Market Module centralizes all Market references: investment comparables and Leasing comparables, previously accessible only at the level of each Building.
Comparables can be entered manually, or created automatically from opportunity documents processed by AI.
The screen is organized into two sets of Data, presented in tabs:
Investment comparables: acquisition and disposal Deals.
Leasing comparables: leasing Deals
The Filters and Export buttons located above the Map apply to the displayed Data.
View and filter
The table located below the map lists the comparables of the selected type, with for each: Name, Source, Type, Date, Type, Price, Area, Address, City and Zip code.
The gear wheel located to the right of the table allows you to choose the columns displayed.
Add a comparable
Click on + Add a comparable to create a new Reference.
The Actions available at the End of the Row allow you to Modify, view the Detail or Delete a Comparable.
Comparable lists
A comparable list allows you to gather a set of selected references, to reuse and share them.
The Filter by list button restricts the Display to the comparables of an existing list.
The Add to list button allows you to enrich an already existing list with new selections.
Building comparables
Initially the comparables were displayed in the Market tab of the building, a new Comparables tab has been Added.
Two Actions allow you to Manage this link:
Link to this building: attach an existing comparable from the Base
Unlink from this building: Remove the link, without deleting the comparable from the Base
