To create a new user, click on the "Add user" button.

You can then fill in the user's main information:

Username
Password
Password confirmation

Then click on "Save and continue modifications" (Fig. 2).

This takes you to the 2nd creation screen (which is the same as the modification screen), where you must fill in various fields (Figure 3):

Username : Allows you to define your user name.
Password: Allows you to view (and possibly change) the password associated with this profile.
First name : Allows you to define the user's first name.
Last name : Allows you to enter the user's last name.
E-mail address : Enter the user's e-mail address.
Blocked by admin : Defines whether the user is active. We recommend checking this box rather than deleting an account.
External ID : Checks whether the user is external to the company.
Expert : Assigns expert status to the user. The expert's role appears when creating expertises or in documents.
Documents only: Restricts user access to documents only.
Team status: Allows the user to modify the entire tool.
SSO only: Prevents the user from using password login. Only the “Sign in with SSO” button can be used to log in.v
Superuser status: Allows you to give a user all permissions without explicitly assigning them.
User management: Allows you to give a user permissions to manage users and groups on the admin API.
Groups: Allows you to assign a user to one or more groups. Simply drag the desired groups into the box on the right. This feature is described in more detail in the next section.
Access document tags: Allows you to manage access to different documents in the SONEKA environment. By dragging the document name into the box on the right, you enable the user to access them.
Last connection: displays the time at which the user last logged on. Both date and time are available.
Registration date : Shows the user's registration date. Both date and time are available.
Last authorized connection date: Allows you to create a connection restriction. You can enter the date of the last authorized connection. After this date, the user will no longer be able to access this SONEKA environment.
Userfavoritetimesheettypes : Allows you to find out the user's preferred connection times.
Associate level: The associate level module is used to manage access to documents. Documents are classified by confidentiality level. Bypressing the "+" button, you can create a new level. The level can then be selected. Please note that the Access document tags module has priority over the associated level module.
