Advanced search features allow you to extract data from your Soneka environment.

Advanced search is available in the Reporting tab or can be accessed directly from the home page using the shortcut.

At the top of the screen, the filters relate to the scope of buildings to be analyzed.

The object to be analyzed is selected in the lower part of the screen.

The filters available depend on the selected object.

Once you have entered the desired criteria, click on Search.

The search results are then displayed at the bottom of the screen and can be downloaded in Excel format (csv) by clicking on the Download Details button.

It is also possible to save search criteria.

It allows users to retrieve their usual filter combinations in one click, without having to re-enter them at each session.

It's available across all objects in the advanced search (Leases, Mandates, Valuations, Capex, etc.).

Once the criteria have been entered, the user can save the search.

The list of saved searches is accessible from a selector at the top of the advanced search screen. All searches created and related to the selected object are then available as a drop-down list.

As with saved building searches, it is possible to define a "favorite" search that will be displayed by default.

There is also an advanced search feature for Buildings.

  • You can save a search by clicking on the corresponding button.

    c

These saved searches can then be used to define the scope for extracting reports, in the table generator, or in new tables (to define the scope of buildings to be snaphoted, for example).

  • It is also possible to save search results.

Unlike saved searches, the results are fixed.

The saved search updates the list of buildings returned each time it is used (based on the filters defined), while the saved results are fixed.

There is also an advanced search feature for Third Parties.

  • First, select the type of object you want to search for (Image 2):

    • Company

    • Contacts (people/users)

    • Company group

      c

You can filter the columns and export the results by clicking on Download details.
