The number of fields in Soneka is controlled so as to maintain a pleasant user experience.
The additional fields module was created with the main objective of enabling customers to enrich their database. Its use is optional and allows you to customise your SONEKA space as closely as possible to your current needs.
The user functions are wide-ranging and extend to numerous objects. Each new field created can be used in the reporting tool without any action required by our teams. They can therefore be managed completely independently.
